Cobequid Bay IPA

West Coast style IPA. Brewed with Pale and Honey Malts and generously hopped, both in the kettle and dry hopped*, with Simcoe and Citra hops. Strong malt backbone with a smooth hop bitterness. Can be described as dank, citrusy and is very aromatic.
Moderately clear, sometimes hazy when fresh.We refer to this IPA as liquid gold as it is our best seller by far!

Namesake: Truro is located right at the far east point of the Cobequid Bay.

Ingredients: Barley, Honey Malt, Citra and Simcoe Hops, American Yeast

*Dry hopped = Adding hops after fermentation to enhance flavour/bitterness/aroma
